Been a while since I've been able to get to your blog but I came whistling over here tonight to see if you had mentioned it. I watched it tonight.
Be sure to post about the results of the plebiscite too, please? It wasn't long after we moved from Kugluktuk that my youngest brother's best friend up there, lost his entire family to a murder-suicide as he lay hiding under a bed or in a closet or something. I've often wondered whatever became of Jason...I only remember his first name...
Change will begin with this generation; more power to them. I hope they get the outcome they want so badly.
As a teacher, it grieves me to see the effects of alcohol abuse on the lives of young people. I watched the CBC story tonight and found it quite moving. Here's hoping for a positive result on the plebiscite.
